I just haven't blogged the way I would like to this month. We have been busy, busy. So I have picked a few pictures from the past month to share. I have take so many pictures; I hesitated to go through them. I did anyway. The first few are from the 4th of July. You will see why I wasn't so thrilled to post them. Here is Macy - her hair never ceases to amaze me. People would pay a lot of money for this. She gets a ton of compliments everywhere we go. 
This was as close to a pose as I was going to get from her.
Their clothes would have all matched perfectly if they would have all gotten in the same picture. You can see what Lane thought of pictures.
Hey, they were all in the same picture and smiling. Does it count? I gave up my quest for the ideal picture that day. We did a ton of other stuff this month too.
Dan is training future body-men (I use that term loosely) to help out in the shop. 4 year old girls have to sand by hand.
Once you are 9, you can use power tools!
Of course we made it to the skate-park this month. Dan is pretty good at it! I can barely avoid pot holes and can't jump curbs without bodily injury.
Macy loves to play with Lane. She wants him to be her sister. She likes to do his hair and make-up. He is a great sport and plays along, but he refuses to dress up. There will be no princess dresses for him. Lane has a nick-name when he has his hair and make up done, Corny. Fitting --I think. I am going to love showing these to his high-school girlfriends.
This month we also had a great time playing mud volleyball with some good friends. Here is our team picture.
Some people prefer to watch these types of sports.
Others don't mind the mess, and they jump right in!
Giving it all they have.
We also bought a new camper.
It has enough room for all 5 of us!
We took it out to the lake and had a great time with some great friends.
Macy, splashing around in the lake, has fun everywhere she goes.
This picture of Dan and Gary just begged to be in black and white. Just two buddies hanging out at the lake. We have done a lot of hanging out with friends this month and had a great time doing it. We hope to be able to have many more like it!
